1. Account Eligibility & Verification Compliance

To publish listings, communicate via our masked messaging relays, earn site tokens, or interact with seller dashboards, you must be at least 18 years of age. You guarantee that all profile data passed to our data layer during registration is accurate. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and session tokens.

2. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Listings

PaarMarket is built for localized peer-to-peer commerce. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our database infrastructure to host, broadcast, or transmit listings containing:

• Illicit substances, prescription medications, or unregulated chemical formulations.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or hazardous materials prohibited by regional law.
• Counterfeit items, unauthorized replica goods, or assets violating intellectual property trademarks.
• Deceptive financial schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM) recruitments, or speculative credit lines.
• Exploitative, harassing, or adult-oriented materials and services.

3. Regional Markets & Currency Standards

The Platform operates across multiple regional jurisdictions, primarily serving the United States, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates. Users must list items matching their physical location, utilizing the appropriate local currency markings (USD, CAD, or AED). You are solely responsible for local tax evaluation, declaration, and reporting requirements arising from any transaction finalized off-platform.

4. Algorithmic Moderation, Fraud Safeguards & Community Flags

To ensure ecosystem safety and network health, the Platform deploys automated system guardrails and community moderation tools. We reserve the absolute right to programmatically flag, deny, or permanently disable accounts using our internal data structures.

Accounts linked to hard-bouncing emails, temporary inbox routing domains, automated scrapers, ad-fraud attempts on rewarded video units, or listings that receive multiple community safety reports (e.g., 3-strike community flags) will be suspended or permanently suppressed without prior notice or liability. Disabling or bypassing this suppression framework via alternative identity registration is a material violation of these Terms.

5. Virtual Tokens & Promotional Features

The Platform operates a virtual token system used to unlock promotional services (such as publishing, bumping, or pinning ad listings).

• No Cash Value: Virtual tokens are strictly non-monetary utility credits within the Platform. Tokens carry zero cash value, accrue no interest, and cannot be redeemed, refunded, transferred, or exchanged for real currency.
• Earned Tokens: Users can earn tokens by voluntarily engaging with third-party partner rewarded video offers. Token grants for video completion are subject to verification by our partner ad networks. Any use of automated scripts, bots, or ad-block bypasses to fraudulently claim tokens will result in immediate account termination and token forfeiture.
• Direct Purchases: Optional token purchases made directly with fiat currency are final and non-refundable. Unused tokens remain in your account balance until consumed or until account termination.
• Account Termination: In the event an account is closed or suppressed due to terms violations or voluntary deletion, all remaining token balances are automatically rendered null and void without compensation.

6. Third-Party Advertisers & External Links

Rewarded video offers and external partner links displayed on the Platform are provided by independent third-party advertising networks. PaarMarket does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any products, services, claims, or content presented in third-party video advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers found on or through the Platform are solely between you and the advertiser.

7. Third-Party Content Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

PaarMarket operates solely as an interactive computing platform provider under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (and equivalent global safe harbor provisions). We do not own, inspect, verify, guarantee, or screen the physical items, services, or claims uploaded by third-party users.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANT LIABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USER INTERACTIONS, TRANSACTION FRAUD, DATA LOSS, OR TOKEN FORFEITURE.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, along with any systemic disputes or contractual conflicts relating to platform usage, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of Texas, United States**, without regard to its conflict of law metrics. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the Austin, Texas metropolitan area for any legal proceedings.

9. Modifications to Platform Architecture & Terms

We reserve the right to alter, modify, prune, or replace these Terms or the token economic parameters at any time by updating this registry view. Your continued use of the platform following an updated effective date timestamp constitutes your explicit, formal acceptance of the modified agreements.
