Posting Guidelines & Community Standards
To maintain a safe, fair, and legal marketplace for all buyers and sellers, all listings published on our platform must strictly adhere to these standards.
1. Strict Non-Discrimination Policy
We are committed to fostering an inclusive marketplace where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Discrimination in any form is strictly prohibited.
Listings (including housing rentals, employment opportunities, goods, and services) must not express any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Under fair housing principles, rental or sale listings must not include discriminatory language such as restricting families with children, expressing religious preferences, or refusing accommodation based on protected attributes. Listings containing discriminatory phrasing will be removed immediately.
2. Prohibited Items & Services
You may not post or offer to sell, rent, perform, or provide any of the following items or services on this platform:
- • Illegal Services: Any service, activity, or transaction that violates local, state, or federal laws.
- • Firearms, weapons, ammunition, and explosives
- • Counterfeit goods, replicas, or unauthorized brand merchandise
- • Prescription drugs, medical devices, and controlled substances
- • Unlicensed professional, financial, contractor, or legal services
- • Adult content, explicit sexual services, escort offerings, or human trafficking
- • Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM), or fraudulent money-making offers
- • Stolen property or items violating third-party IP rights
- • Government IDs, financial records, or personal private data
- • Anything prohibited by your local and country laws—including illegal services—should not be posted.
3. Enforcement & Community Moderation
Our platform relies on automated scanning and community flagging to enforce these rules. If a listing violates these posting guidelines or local legislation:
- The listing will be unpublished or quarantined immediately.
- The user account may be subject to temporary restriction or permanent suspension.
- Illegal activity may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
